Following is a practice schedule for the beginners who are training Kung Fu watching my videos.

Training (6 Days a Week & Keep 1 Day Off)

  1. Warm-up Exercises (15-20 Minutes)
  2. Flexibility Exercises (20-30 Minutes)
  3. All Stances (25 Each Sides)
  4. All Punches (25 Each Sides)
  5. All Kicks (25 Each Sides)
  6. All Blocks (25 Each Sides)
  7. Relax Exercises (5-10 Minutes)
