Training (6 Days a Week & Keep 1 Day Off)
- Warm-up Exercises (15-20 Minutes)
- Flexibility Exercises (20-30 Minutes)
- All Stances (25 Each Sides)
- All Punches (25 Each Sides)
- All Kicks (25 Each Sides)
- All Blocks (25 Each Sides)
- Relax Exercises (5-10 Minutes)
